Deposits
- Cuts & Color - goes towards Total Service Cost
- Bridal - within pricing goes towards Total Cost
- Event - within pricing goes towards Total Cost
- it is a booking deposit, does not go toward Service Cost, ONLY TOTAL COST
No Shows & Rescheduling
- If Client desires to reschedule services the Client would need to communicate at least 48 hours in advance.
- If Client reschedules within 24 hours, they will be inclined to pay 50% of the service.
- If Client fails to communicate within the 48 hours up to the time scheduled and is 15+ minutes late to the scheduled appointment, the Client will be inclined to pay the full amount of the service.
- If Client reschedules less than 24 hours, they will be inclined to pay for another service.
- If Client No-Shows, Client will be unable to make any future bookings.
Short Notice Bookings for Events & Bridal
- If Client books within a month from the event date, there will be an additional fee of $20/person in the wedding/event party
- ie: $95 half-updo would be $115/person; $175 updo would be $195/person
- If Client books within two weeks from the event date, there will be a flat rate of $165/person in the wedding/event party
- ie: instead of $95/$175 for hairstyles, it's a flat rate of $165 for whatever style is chosen
- The Client shall pay 50% of the Total Service Cost + Travel (if applicable) to book (non-refundable)
- If Client books within one week from the event date, there will be a flat rate of $165/person in the wedding/event party
- ie: instead of $95/$175 for hairstyles, it's a flat rate of $165 for whatever style is chosen
- The Client shall pay 100% of the Total Service Cost + Travel with an added 18% gratuity
Cancellations for Events & Bridal
- If Client fails to communicate within a month prior to the wedding date, Vendor has the right to withhold their services.
- If Client cancels services before three months to their wedding/event date, Client has no obligation to pay any percentage of the final payment.
- If Client cancels services within two months to their wedding/event, Client is inclined to pay 50% of their booked services.
- If Client cancels within one month to the wedding/event event date they will be inclined to pay 100% of booked services.
- Vendor has no liability to attempt to re-book further services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.
- Vendor will not be obligated to refund any monies the Client has previously paid towards the Total Service Cost.
- Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for canceled services, rescheduled services, and/or failing to communicate unless the Parties otherwise agreed in writing.
